Returns

You can return tyres and batteries within 7 days of delivery, unused, never fitted and in the condition they came.

Not returnable

• A tyre that has been fitted to a car, even once.
• Opened oils and fluids.

How it works

1. Request a return from your order in My account.
2. Bring it to the workshop, or we collect it.
3. Once checked, we refund within 5 business days — to your bank account for cash orders.
