Warranty
Every tyre and battery carries its maker’s warranty, stated under Specifications on its page — from one year on value brands to five on the premium makers.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects: tread or belt separation, sidewall bulges not caused by an impact, irregular wear from a fault in the tyre.
- Replacement or a credit for the tread left, as the maker decides.
What is not covered
- Punctures, cuts and impact damage, and wear from wrong pressure or alignment.
- Tyres fitted to the wrong size or load, or used for racing.
How to claim
Bring the tyre and your invoice to the workshop, or open a request from the support page with photos of the tyre and its DOT code.
